With over 30 years in healthcare, starting in direct patient and provider environments before moving into healthcare software, she brings a deep, hands-on understanding of what providers need to deliver care effectively. She's passionate about the business side of healthcare, because when billing works well, providers spend less time wrestling with paperwork and more time focused on patient care, and practices see the revenue they've rightfully earned come in faster and more reliably. That drive to remove friction from the financial side of care is what led her deep into the details of healthcare billing, and it's what she brings to every product decision. That same care for people's wellbeing is what drew Renae to Comfort Cases, a charity that gives children entering foster care a suitcase, essentials, and a quilt of their own. Understanding how deeply trauma can affect a child's mental health, she wanted to offer something tangible that says they matter and belong, so she picked up quilting alongside her longtime love of fiber arts, knitting, crocheting, and handspinning her own yarn, to make that happen one quilt at a time. Based in New Jersey, Renae is known for her collaborative, direct approach and her knack for meeting stakeholders where they are.
