Meet the Valant Team
We are passionate about improving outcomes in behavioral health.
Departments
-
Marketing
We tell the Valant story: to the practices who need us, and to the candidates who might want to build with us. It's a small team with a wide scope: content, demand gen, brand, and everything in between. If you like owning a lot and seeing your work actually ship, you'll fit right in.
-
Sales
We're the first conversation most behavioral health practices have with Valant. Our job is to understand what a practice is struggling with and show them a better way: not to pitch, but to problem-solve. If you're someone who gets energized by connecting the right solution to the right customer, and you care about who that customer serves, this is the team for you.
-
Implementation
We're the team that takes a practice from "just signed" to "fully up and running." That means being equal parts project manager, trainer, and problem-solver. A lot of our team came from behavioral health practices themselves, and that context makes all the difference when you're helping someone transition to a new system.
-
Customer Support
When something isn't working for a practice, we're the ones who fix it: fast. Our support team is the frontline of the customer relationship, and we take that seriously. You'll develop deep product knowledge, sharp troubleshooting skills, and a real understanding of what behavioral health providers need day to day.
-
Customer Success
We help practices get the most out of Valant long after the initial setup. That means building real relationships, understanding how each practice runs, and proactively making sure they're growing. We're not a reactive team: we're always a step ahead.
-
Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
Billing in behavioral health is complicated. We take that complexity off our customers' plates so they can focus on care. Our RCM team works in the nitty gritty of credentialing, payment posting, and everything in between.
-
Product
We figure out what to build and why. Our product team works closely with customers, engineering, and the rest of the business to make sure every decision connects back to a real provider problem. We move fast, we ask a lot of questions, and we're not precious about our ideas: we just want the right outcome.
-
Engineering
We build the software that thousands of behavioral health providers rely on every day. Our engineering team works in small, cross-functional groups with real ownership over what they ship. If you want to see the impact of your work, you'll see it here: it's pretty hard to miss when the end user is a therapist trying to help a patient.
-
Finance
We keep the business honest and moving. Our finance team handles everything from reporting and forecasting to the operational work that keeps a growing SaaS company on track. Small team, high visibility, and a seat at the table for decisions that matter.
-
Human Resources
We build the environment where everyone else does their best work. That means recruiting people who care, supporting managers who lead well, and making sure the day-to-day experience of working at Valant reflects what we say we're about. We're a small function with a big footprint: and we're intentional about every part of it.
