Heidi joined Valant to build the marketing organization in 2020. She is a dynamic marketing leader who thrives on tackling complex challenges through data and customer insights. Prior to joining Valant, Heidi held various marketing leadership roles at Fluke Corporation and Providence St. Joseph Health. During her time at these organizations, she spearheaded successful rebranding initiatives, launched new products/services, built new functional capabilities, and led high-performing teams through multiple acquisitions.

Heidi graduated from George Fox University with a BS in Organizational Communications and earned an MBA from University of Nevada Reno. Outside of work, Heidi enjoys traveling with her kids, coaching youth volleyball, and roasting coffee beans.
